Organisation and Structure
The Regional Framework Operation consists out of three different levels: - Programme level
- RFO level
- Sub-Project level
On the RFO Level a successful Management and coordination of the project will be achieved. Therefore the PromSTAP Project is co-ordinated by three managing bodies: The Monitoring Board (MB) with political responsibility, the Steering Committee (SC) nominated by the MB will be reponsible for the day-to-day business and the Secretariat, which is an administrative unit assisting the MB and the SC in the day-to-day implementation and management of the programme.
In order to achieve the overall objectives of this RFO "PromSTAP" the region decided to co-operate in the 3 thematic priorities which subjects are relevant to the economic and social development of the participating region (Sub-Project level). Each priority forms a component of the RFO (component 2-4) and each is divided in 3 sub-themes under which it will possible to elaborate individual sub-projects.
The component 5 (Information and Integration Hall) establish a permanent information and co-operation process among the Main Partner regions in the field of the three thematic priorities ("innovation, implementation and internationalisation of “stable to table approach”).
