Project Steering Committee (PSC)

The Project Steering Committee will be nominated by the Monitoring Board and will be set of by one thematic and one technical expert from each region. It will draw up its own rules of procedure and agree them with the Monitoring Board. The Steering Committee will be responsible for the day-to-day business.

The following activities are foreseen for the Steering Committee:

  • organise the call for proposal in close co-operation with the PromSTAP-secretariat
  • check the realisation & conformity of the expenditure of the sub-projects
  • decide on all administrative and financial issues related to the ongoing implementation of the RFO
  • decide about the sub-projects which will be funded
  • support the activities of the  Monitoring Board
  • fix the dates and the locations of the “Annual Conferences“ for the RFO and to agree on its contents
  • discuss and adopt changes to the RFO (e.g. changes on activities or budget-line modifications)

The Project Steering Committee will meet 5 times during the running time of the project.
